You’re Not Crazy. This Isn’t Normal.

If you’ve been told leaking, pain, or discomfort “down there” is normal… you’re not alone.

Most women are given generic advice like kegels or “just give it time,” without ever addressing the real cause of their pelvic health issues.

That usually leads to a frustrating cycle that looks something like this:

You're tired of...

Endless Kegels that made no difference (or made it worse)
“Just lose weight and it’ll get better” advice
Avoiding activities you used to love (jumping, running, lifting)
Feeling embarrassed and alone in this

What you actually want is...

To feel strong and confident in your own body again
To sneeze, laugh, and jump without worrying
To enjoy intimacy without pain or embarrassment
To stop managing symptoms and finally fix the root cause

Your body isn’t broken. It just never received the right kind of care!

Meet Dr. Lynne

Hi, I’m Dr. Lynne DiPirro, a pelvic floor physical therapist in Massachusetts, a mother of three, and a business owner. I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. My work is centered on making care approachable, effective, and realistic so healing actually fits into your life.

Pelvic floor therapy changes lives, and the most rewarding part of this work is watching women realize their bodies aren’t broken. They just needed the right support and information.

This practice is built on clinical expertise, experience working with elite athletes, and a strong foundation in education. From serving as a medical provider for USA Gymnastics to leading workshops and seminars, the focus has always been on care that delivers meaningful, lasting results without the limitations of traditional rehab models.

Our Mission

Pain, leakage, pressure, or discomfort can steal your confidence and limit how you live. Our mission is to help you reconnect with your body, understand what it needs, and feel strong and supported again without fear, shame, or embarrassment.

This work is rooted in education, compassion, and respect for the whole person, not just symptoms.

Every cough and sneeze. Every push and strain. Every intimate interaction. These aren’t random or something to ignore. They’re your body asking for attention.

For too long, healthcare providers and society have told women this is “normal.” It’s not. You’re not crazy. These are real physical issues causing unnecessary stress on your body, and with the right support, they can be addressed.
