"My challenges started nine years ago after giving birth. I saw 2 pelvic floor therapists, was given kegel exercises, a pessary and a biofeedback trainer, but nothing ever worked... I could no longer do the things I loved, like running.

Then one day my daughter asked if she could complete a 5K. I cried, because she needed a running buddy and I couldn’t do it.​
